[Water it] Ha, Lulu

(This article is purely fashionable. You are welcome to all kinds of complaints. If you are serious, you will lose)

Today, I got off work late because of a program. When I went home for dinner, I used Nexus S to watch the push. The result showed that Google acquired the moto mobile phone for $12.5 billion (Note: Only mobile, not the entire Motorola. After analysis, various pieces of data surge. For example:

@ Liumiao: It is said that the new Moto bell sound is: "Hello, Google ."

I have a kuso, so this is the title: Ha, Lulu.

In general, there are several major reasons for your analysis:

This is the first natural patent problem that Google has suffered most recently. The old guys hold a lot of patents in their hands, which is really bad for those who have few patents like Google. However, the lagging patent system has become a leader for large companies and patent lawyers. It is no longer an innovative incentive mechanism. (There are already too many arguments on the Internet, I won't copy it ).

Secondly, I want to learn from fruits and implement vertical integration. Maybe Google was not satisfied with the Nexus One and Samsung Nexus S that had previously been OEM by HTC, so he decided to roll up his sleeves. But the problem is that the fruit is just designed by myself and then handed over to Foxconn, not by myself.

Another person mentioned is Microsoft mobile duck. Microsoft will acquire Nokia with 25 billion sooner or later (@ doubleaf has contributed to this sentence), and Google will take the lead to Get Moto.

In addition, there are also a variety of arguments that will not be listed one by one.

As for whether this is the case or not, the opinions of all parties are quite different.

Most Android users think this is a good thing. Because the Android phones on the market are too messy, various hardware configurations, various screen resolutions, various system versions, and various UI modifications are dazzling. Basically, in my personal opinion, except for a few Google community hosts, I think it is better to stay away from each other, so I finally started Nexus S. Now Google is directly cutting into the manufacturing layer. Obviously, it is possible to launch a better Android phone, so it should be a good thing.

I have heard about the chaos of the Android mobile phone before, but I have no knowledge about it. In addition, I just started to use the NS-based fuse system and brushed a cm7, which is quite helpful, I don't feel any shortcomings of Android. But a while ago I got a moto xt800 +, the legendary custom telecommunications machine. Although the hardware configuration is quite high-end, the memory is larger than that of the NS, and the dual-mode Dual-wait, but it is not smooth to use, BL is locked and cannot be used to brush third-party Rom, the legendary Android problems are true. The most shameful thing is that, as an Android mobile phone, there is no full set of Google services (all of which have been replaced by a lot of junk from Moto and telecom ), really uncomfortable (of course, it took some time to fix it ). This is also one of the three major Android manufacturers of the moto product (of course, China Telecom has contributed to this), except the five major (Samsung, HTC, Moto, Se, LG) other products of small and medium-sized manufacturers do not know what they will look like.

Such a chaotic situation must be rectified. This is probably one of the goals that Google may need to achieve when acquiring Moto, and is also one of the possible benefits.

Another advantage is patents. In fact, Google officially announced that patents are the main purpose of the acquisition. HTC had to bid its teeth to buy S3 because it was blackmailed by a fruit patent to obtain its patents. Now, if Google is able to integrate the patent resources of various manufacturers based on Moto's patent reserves to jointly deal with the fruit and Microsoft patent wars, it is estimated that the odds will be much higher, after all, Moto is the creator of mobile communication, holding a lot of patents on mobile communication technology.

Nokia's acquisition of Moto to deal with MSN (okia) is probably not under consideration, and it is hard to protect itself now (the latest news says Nokia's channels in China have collapsed, but the Chinese market accounts for 20% of its total business volume), and it is estimated that it is no longer visible to Google. However, Google's acquisition helped Nokia. Everyone thought it was going to be acquired by ms, and the share price rose.

However, there are also a lot of optimistic.

The first thing that comes to mind is other Android device manufacturers. Google is definitely here to compete for their jobs, and they cannot be indifferent. Many people are optimistic about ms and think that these manufacturers may be on the WP7 side. After all, like HTC and Samsung, they once used WM mobile phones. Of course, Google officially does not think so. The four remaining Android manufacturers have sent congratulatory messages (G + from Larry Page ):

The actual situation depends on the actual development in the future. Google will certainly say that they will be open to all manufacturers, including Moto, but for users, you may still prefer Google + Moto products-at least I am.

However, I think the problem cannot be viewed only from my own perspective. After all, each vendor has its own advantages and characteristics. At the beginning, the supply of Nexus One was relatively tight, but now Nexus S is not available in the market, and the price is not expensive, but not everyone will choose it, and many people even dislike it. So other vendors do not have the opportunity-as long as Google keeps its open promise, it is believed that other vendors will still watch the market.

Of course, if the market really changes to Google + Moto, it also means that G + M had enough strength to challenge fruit at that time, and other vendors could not find any benefit even if they switched to Ms, it is better to continue mixing with Google.

As for Samsung HTC, it is not impossible to switch to ms. The question is, will Ms acquire Nokia? If the purchase is made, the transfer results will be the same, so it is better not to switch. In addition, as far as our current situation is concerned, even if Ms does not buy Nokia, MS and Nokia may not be able to invest better in the past.

In this case, the comments of the four major manufacturers should be partly genuine-at least helpless.

Personally, I will be more optimistic about Android. With the support of Moto, the android system will be better in the future, but with the support of Google, in the future, Moto should make better mobile phones.

Finally, BTW: will the BL of Moto be unlocked soon?
