Watermarkedtextbox in Silverlight

Remember to have the watermarkedtextbox control in silverlight2 beta.
Some people said that the control has been removed from the official version of silverlight2, And the watermark attribute is added to the textbox.
But I didn't see it in silverlight3. I don't know how to implement it in silverlight3.
I don't know if anyone knows clearly. I just learned Silverlight. Please advise.
