1 Install Windows Server 2008 on VMware virtual machines
(Cn_windows_server_standard_enterprise_and_datacenter_with_sp2_x86_dvd_x15-41045.iso)
(Note: 32-bit VMware cannot install the 64-bit version of win2008,64-bit VMware to install 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Win2008)
2 Extract the compressed package, copy the Dell.rom files to the VMware virtual Machine win2008 installation path, the same VMX file path
3 Modify the VMX profile of the Windows Server 2008 virtual machine, add a row: Bios440.filename = "DELL." ROM "
4 Copy the Dell.xrm-ms file in the package to the C-packing directory in the Win2008 virtual machine
5 Restart Win2008, add license file: Log in as Administrator, run at Command Line window, SLMGR.VBS-ILC C:dell. Xrm-ms
4 Open "Control Panel-> System", change Cdkey, enter
