1, first open the Win7 system in the Start menu, and then in the start of the search box to enter "Gpedit.msc", return and open the Local Group Policy window;

2. After you open the Local Group Policy Editor, expand User Configuration-Administrative Templates-Start menu and taskbar, and then locate and double-click the Add Run command to Start menu in the right pane;

3, in the Pop-up Settings window, select "Enabled" and click "Apply-OK" on it, so that the Run command will be added to the Start menu.
