Ways to bulk Delete section information in Word
To edit the page number, there are only two ideas, either a section of the edit (because the page number edit only takes effect in the current section), or delete all the sections in batches, and then edit again. If this document has only more than 10 pages, I might create a new empty document, and then copy and paste to remove those section breaks that don't touch the edges. But this document is too bloated, if this operation will even crash. Also, the Format Painter and the purge format are not valid for the various delimiters.
Because the batch substitution space and so on the character can use replaces to realize, then thought "can replace the section break". Ctrl+h The Replacement dialog box, in the "special format" finally found the section break, watching to be done!
Sure enough, after clicking the section break, the find content will show the representative character "^b" of the section break, "Replace with" enter space or blank area, click "Replace All", all the sections will be deleted.
At this point, the document is divided into two sections before and after the table of contents, set the page number is OK.
