The school has a number of forms to adjust the printing, but each table has different places need to be modified, if each open a table to minimize after the change, and then open another to modify, it is more trouble. As a matter of fact, you can have all the tables displayed by just setting them up slightly in Excel 2003. The method is as follows:
Switch to the new window by clicking New Window on the Window menu. Then click the worksheet that you want to display. Repeat for each worksheet that you want to display, and open more than one table that you want to display in the active workbook. On the Window menu, click Rearrange Windows. Under Arrange By, click the option you want.
If you want to display only the tables in the active workbook, select the window for the active workbook check box. To restore the workbook window back to an entire screen, click Maximize in the upper-right corner of the workbook window.
By setting up, several tasks appear in the window of the workbook at the same time, which brings great convenience to the modification work. This method is often used in the arrangement of curriculum schedule in teaching.
