Attention
In addition to the body, Word documents include a lot of ancillary content, such as document properties, tag lists, and comments and revisions, which are critical information. If you need to print the content separately, you can select it in the document properties column of the menu that is open in Figure 1.
2. If you need to print certain pages in your document, enter the page numbers or page ranges you want to print in the page number text box, as shown in Figure 2.
Figure 2 Enter page number
Attention
When printing multiple pages, if it is a discontinuous page, the page numbers should be separated by commas, such as 1th, 4th, and 5th pages, you can enter "1,4,5", or if you are a continuous page, you can use "-" to connect to the page number, such as printing 1th to 6th page, you can enter "1-6". When you print multiple pages consecutively, you can separate them with commas, such as "1-3,5-7", which prints pages 1th through 3rd and page 5th through 7th. If you need to print a page in a section, such as printing page 3rd of section 2nd, you can enter "P3s2". When you print consecutive and discontinuous pages in a section document, the connection and separation of the page numbers also uses the "-" and the comma.
