WCF could not connect to net.tcp ... wcf TCP error code 10061

1. Background: After building a nettcpbinding service, the service can be invoked normally with wcftestclient, and after the client invokes the service, an exception is thrown.

3. Solution: Client configuration file

(a) Check whether the port is restricted or occupied.

(b) Determine whether the service was started at debug time (set in the Project tab of the WCF service, the last setup option, checked).
