In general, Python will default to the PIP command, so you need to verify that the PIP is installed successfully

Press the WIN+R key at the same time, enter the cmd return, enter the command line interface, enter PIP in the interface to verify the PIP is installed successfully

As shown, when you install Python, your own PIP installation succeeds

Below, the selenium will be installed by PIP.

In the command line that you just opened, enter: Pip install Selenium

This will install the latest version of selenium by default, and if you want to install a specific selenium version, you will need the PIP install selenium== version number to

To verify that the selenium is installed successfully, you need to enter the PIP list on the command line to see if there is a selenium display

Then install the Python integration environment pycharm

Directly double-click Next, pycharm because it is paid software also need to activate, point activation
