The Web browser is unable to open the Citrix ICA suffix file and will always go to the download page asking for download

Workaround

  1. The situation is due to the installation of thunder and other download software, the default click is to download instead of directly open. Can choose Thunder prohibit browser monitoring, or in the Thunder download interface has a direct with IE open.

  2. This is also true if the ICA file does not have a default open program set. In this case, save the file to the desktop, right-click the open method, manually select the default opener
    The default program is \citrix\ica Client\wfcrun32.exe
