Recently, the family in Shanghai Chess Institute has such a demand: because of the implementation of the electronic invoice in Shanghai, an invoice may be printed multiple times, repeat reimbursement. Now need to have an open app on the phone, scan the QR code on the invoice, automatically identify the information and record it into the server, but also need to have a Web page to pull the data on the server, and can export Excel, delete and other basic functions.

Consider after the mobile end of the small program, web-side with Angularjs, server-side Nodejs+nginx+mongodb.
