Web Server Management Series: 4. WinPE

WinPE can identify NTFS partitions, use WinPE to back up/restore the system, and reset the user password.

First, let's see how to reset the password with WinPE:

Choose "WinPE"> "start"> "Start Menu"> "program"> "system maintenance"> "Windows User Password Repair ".

This is the main interface of the software:

Click to modify the password of an existing user:

Enter the new password and click "Apply" to change the password easily.

The following shows the backup function:

Open Norton Ghost 32:

Click "OK ":

Select Local> partition> ToImage

Select Disk:

Select partition:

Click OK:

Select the location where the image file is saved:

Select the backup file speed:

After the backup is complete, start again.

The restoration and backup steps are roughly the same. When selecting the menu, follow the Local-> Partition-> From Image order.
