3. Create a new Defaultauthenticatorinit.ldift
Java-classpath/data/app/weblogic/wlserver_10.3/server/lib/weblogic.jar Weblogic.security.utils.AdminAccount User passwd.

4. Back up the Data directory

5. Backup Boot.properties and reset
Cd/data/app/ps_home_cfg/pshcmprd/webserv/peoplesoft/servers/pia/security
CP Boot.properties/home/psoft/data
VI boot.properties passwd and username Enter a new user name and password. Save exit
