One of the reasons for this problem is that there is no uninstall complete on the operator interface.
To do the following:
1, delete the corresponding folder under the $WAS _home/profiles/appsrv01/config/cells/...cell/applications
2, delete the corresponding folder under the $WAS _home/profiles/appsrv01/installedapps/...cell
If you have any further questions, please restart WebSphere.
