When we first started to use Webstrom or phpstrom, we may encounter Chinese garbled problems, such as menu garbled, Chinese file name garbled:

Open: File--Settings-appearance, where you can set the font of your software interface, tick "Override default fonts by (not recommended)" and then set the font name and size, such as:
