Try to use a applet to redefine the length of the service path. Over the past few months, the industry has been discussing the definition of small programs: out-of-the-box, at your fingertips. Try to use a applet to redefine the length of the service path. Over the past few months, the industry has been discussing the definition of small programs: out-of-the-box, at your fingertips. This once left developers wondering why I want to develop mini programs if you want to make out-of-the-box products? Shouldn't products try to stick to users?

This is because many people put their eyes on "Walking. In fact, good product users will naturally come back for use, so they don't have to spend a small trick to keep users, just like Google, you won't use it to provide you with a precise search result "out-of-the-box" and no longer need it. on the contrary, you will open Google the next time you want to search. So the question is, how can we let users determine that our product is a good product?

The user's time is precious. to make the user enjoy our products for the first time, it is clear that the user needs to feel the core of the product in the shortest time and determine whether it is what he wants, rather:

  1. Open the app and watch the ads for several seconds by default.

  2. It takes time to register for the first use.

  3. Features are stacked and difficult to find

Just like writing an article, if the reader does not judge the value of the article within a short period of time, he may stop reading the article.

Therefore, if the product we make is indeed a good product, the problem is back to "out-of-the-box". how can users immediately feel the product?

The answer is: Create a shortest path.

If we agree that products that help users save time are good products, the service number is not a good product.

I just want to buy a bus ticket. I need to scan the QR code to follow the service number for a ticket. after the attention, I need to spend time searching for the menu for the ticket, and then I may need to register to complete the payment. Why can't I buy it directly after scanning the QR code? Why do we need to pay attention first? Why can't I select the ticket for departure from Wuhan by default when I scan the QR code in Wuhan?

The applet does not have a focus function. what it expects is that users get the service immediately after scanning the code, just like the example given by Zhang Xiaolong in his speech. after scanning the code, they buy tickets immediately without paying attention to it, you don't have to spend time searching for the purchase button, or even use your account to log on after scanning the QR code, saving time for registration.

In contrast, applets save user time and shorten the path for users to get services than service numbers. The user is happy and happy throughout the process. when he needs services for the next time, he will naturally think of products that have been "out of the box.

From this perspective, we can infer that we should gradually replace the service number with a small program because the service number does not create a faster service path for users than the app, and does not save user time.
