WeChat public platform construction and development (I) basic establishment and editing mode

First, the public needs to log on to https://mp.weixin.qq.com/to register a personal account number. The verification speed is also relatively fast, and the individual will verify it in real time. Of course, you need an ID card and a personal photo --!

After successful registration, you can log on to the management interface of the public platform, as shown in the following figure. At this time, you can also search for your registered public account through the QR code or name in the public account.

You can enter text in the text box to send messages to all people who follow your public account. The text includes text, images, voice, and other information, for messages that are frequently sent, you can set them in the clip management and select them later. The mass object and mass area are mainly based on your user group and user information.

In user management, you can manage users by group.

In Message Management, you can view the information sent to you by the user.

It can be divided into development mode and editing mode. The following describes the editing mode and development mode.

The editing mode automatically replies to user messages, including

1. added automatic reply: reply when a user follows your public account.

2. Automatic Message reply: when a user sends a message to you, if no keyword matches the reply content, the priority is lower than that of the keyword for automatic reply.

3. Keyword auto-reply: Replies Based on the keyword content sent by the user.

The following describes the keyword reply.

1. Add Rules. The rule name is arbitrary and you can understand it yourself.

2. add keywords. It mainly matches the keywords sent by the user. You can set multiple keywords, that is, the keywords sent by the user match this rule. Here, it mainly indicates that none of them match, if incomplete match is selected, the keyword is included in the message sent by the user, which is a fuzzy match. The keyword must be sent for full match.

3. Add a reply. You can set the content of the keyword to be replied, including text and images. If you select reply all, the content set in the reply is divided into multiple messages and all are replied. If you do not select reply all, one of them is randomly selected to reply.

The basic functions of the public platform are introduced here. Are some basic functions, but compared with the development mode, the response speed is faster, because the Development Mode Design server problems. Some basic functions required by enterprises can be completed in the editing mode.
