Typical user procedure

(1) The user enters the start and end dates in datetimepicker and the start and end dates in ComboBox.

(2) The user loads a recipe in chdfrmcrosweekfood (that is, fills up the following table. The row in the table is a meal, the column is a date, the cell shows the Dish name, and the bound is a recipeid, when the recipeid is 1, N/A is displayed ). There are three ways to load recipes:

A) Generate a blank recipe: This is to delete the original records in the tblmeal between meals and generate new records.

B) Load recipe: This is to read records from the database

C) append recipe: This is to read records from the database and add the missing records to addnew

(3) The User specifies a recipe for each cell. The method is to first select the name to be added to the menu in cborecipeid (in fact, the value obtained by the program is ID ), then add it to the following recipe table. There are two ways to add:

A) Batch Add: Enter the mealtype and number of meals to be added, and click "add the dishes". The system automatically adds the dishes to the corresponding table and updates the Display below. The addition method is to add a fixed meal type from start to end as long as it is not empty, add enough to specify the number of tons or until the end of the meal.

B) add to a specified cell: Right-click the cell and select addameal.

C) delete the content of a specified cell: Right-click the cell and select deleteameal.

D) There are four background colors for cells. Gray indicates that the current record is null, yellow indicates that the details of the current record are incomplete, and Green indicates the selected cells, red indicates that the amount of nutrition in the day is not up to standard. The first three colors will automatically change with the data in the cell. The red color is set by the user clicking the checkbox at the top of the corresponding column. The red color is deselected, and the red color is not selected. Note that the red column is set as the base column, because the nutrition analysis is based on days, and one column represents a day.

(4) The user enters detailed information about each recipe to facilitate the generation of Nutrition Analysis and procurement list.

A) details of the recipe are mainly displayed in chdfrmrecipefood. In addition, the recipe HTML is displayed in txthtml and whether fulldata is displayed in chkfulldata.

B) Click copytodb on the Right of HTML to write the hyperlink in the current text box to the database. Click Go on the Right of HTML to open the corresponding webpage in the browser.

C) The form and the two controls can be associated with the recipeid in the ComboBox, or with the recipeid in the single element. The switching method is to click showrecipeincombo. After clicking it, the caption will change to showrecipchdfrm.

D) if the name of the input recipe is not in the list, a new record will be triggered. You can also choose to change or cancel the original record name. Similarly, if the name of the input recipe is not in the list, addnew will be triggered.

E) when you enter the food ingredients for a recipe, it is best to set the purchase location and nutrition category for each food ingredient. Otherwise, the statistics on the Nutrition Analysis and purchase list may be inaccurate. The default values of both fields are 1 and the displayed name is N/.

F) Each R-food has a remarks field. In this field, write special purchase requirements for this recipe. For example, steamed fish, this week to eat braised mackerel. When a purchase list is generated, these items are copied together.

G) about the standing field: the shopping list of some standing foods is not counted by recipes, but is recorded in the txtshoptip field of the corresponding record of tblshoparea, finally, unified output is provided. However, they still need to be included in the recipe-food table because they need to be analyzed for nutrition. In order to prevent the output of the shopping list from counting them, we need to keep this Boolean field to mark whether it is standing.

H) about special ingredients: As mentioned above, the ingredients marked with regular fields will not be included in the output of the purchase list, but those marked with special fields will be included. The special field is true. ingredients are often not commonly used as spices. It takes a long time to buy them, such as spiced powder. When you cook this dish for the first time, you need to mark it in the final output. When you cook this dish for the second time, you need to mark it as a constant, in this case, do not include it in the final output; if the spiced powder is no longer used for the nth time of cooking, you must remove it and select it for output to the shopping list.

I) A Long Term of standing ingredients: in fact, the really standing ingredients are not reflected in the database, such as oil, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. They are all used up and added directly to tblshoparea. There are only three types of food standing in the database

1. Those that need to participate in nutrition analysis: There are records in the tblfood table, such as food, which will never participate in the shopping list; its procurement is input in tblshoparea.
2. Buy a dressing that has been used for a long time: There are records in the tblfood table, such as the spiced powder, sweet-scented osmanthus, and salad dressing mentioned above. If you do not write it in the recipe, you may forget to check whether it is used up. Of course, if you think that a seasoning is used well, you can change it into a regular one, so you don't need to appear in the recipe. You can delete it as appropriate.
3. Ingredients required per week. There is no record in the tblfood table, which is directly written in the txtweekbuy field of tblshoparea. For example, enter 1 for each week. This category only reminds me of fruit. Ginger and garlic are all marked on red paper as missing.

J) score and decimal point function: If you want to enter a score when entering the number of ingredients, click the left button. To convert the purchase quantity based on the nutrition quantity, you can click the left button on the nutrition quantity.

(5) Click nutrition analysis, and the system provides a subtotal of classified nutrition. Specific Method: select the day to be analyzed (click any name of the day in crosstable), and then click "Nutrition Analysis, then the system displays the daily nutrition in the nutstan subform. If the user thinks that the nutrition volume of the day is not up to standard, the checkbox above the day will be cleared, and the system will automatically mark the day as red. If the adjustment is deemed to be up to standard, then you can select the corresponding checkbox, and the system will clear the red. The system does not currently support the analysis of oil, salt, milk, fruit, and water.

(6) based on the results of the Nutrition Analysis (column 1 is the largest standard quantity, column 1 lists the minimum standard quantity, column 1 is the actual quantity, and the orange logo of the substandard nutrition type, correct recipes or ingredients (Repeat (4) (5); repeat until satisfied.

(7) You can click to generate a shopping list. The system automatically enters a text file. You can manually modify this document based on the remaining ingredients of the week.
