Step one: Do not recommend using the system's own sound card driver

1. If you install a system that uses the system's own sound, it may be that the sound is too old to use the microphone.

2. If you do use a system sound driver to drive, we can download a "Driver Wizard" to update your sound card driver.

3. The installation of sound card driver does not solve the microphone problem, but we will be in the control Panel or the lower right corner of the taskbar to see the audio manager, such as the Setup program channel.

Step Two: Check to see if the microphone is set as the default device

1. In the lower right corner of the system, we find the "start" and then find the Inside "Control Panel"-"sound" enter, as shown in the following figure.

2. Then I click on the "Recording" tab in the open panel to see if the microphone is set to the default device (note: Some sound cards may display multiple microphone options).

Step three: correctly set up the microphone

1. Click on the small horn icon in the lower right corner of the system taskbar and click "Recording Device" on the Open menu.

2. Then in the open "recording device" we Switch to "sound" and then click "Recording" in the entry screen double-click "Microphone"

3. In the Open "Microphone" interface we click on "level" and then the "microphone" and "Microphone Enhanced" volume, click "OK" to see if it is OK.
