2. If you can enter the BIOS settings and the keyboard is good on the BIOS settings page, congratulations on your hardware. The following two operations are available.
One is to shut down, unplug the power supply, remove the battery, and repeatedly press the on key four to five times, let the notebook release static electricity. Install the SDK in a few minutes. Start the instance and check whether the fault is eliminated.
Second, if the previous method does not work, you can try to reinstall the system. You can use a USB flash drive to start and back up the data you want. After the USB flash drive is started, your keyboard may be good.
3. if you are not allowed to access the BIOS in step 2 and the keyboard is not available in the BIOS, it is likely that the hardware is faulty or the keyboard is short-circuited, it may also cause damage to the circuit board caused by damp or water. Professional repair is required.
