First, check the network cable
We open "Control Panel" in the computer and we find "network and Internet" in the control Panel we found, check whether "Wlan" or "Ethernet" are connected, as shown in the following figure.
Ii. Retrieve IP address information
Let's see if it's an IP problem we can press (WIN+X) and then enter Ipconfig in the pop-up interface to view it.
Let's see if the IP is correct and we can get a new setup.
We can click on the network icon in the lower right corner and then repair the network or use the command prompt to enter ipconfig/renew to obtain the appropriate IP address from DHCP.
Third, diagnose network connection
This can be repaired using the system's own features, we click on "Windows Network Diagnostics" in the Help and then we click on "Network and internet" to view "Wlan" or "Ethernet"-"diagnostics" and go to "Windows Network Diagnostics" for inspection.
Four, network card driver too new or too old
The reason for this problem is relatively small network card is not likely to have problems, just to see if the driver will have problems we can install the Driver wizard to deal with.
V. Network operator issues
This could be smaller. If yes, we just have to wait or call and call them over.
