What are the features of the Lenovo Utilities software for M7256 printers? How to use it?
Solution:
This software includes the Control Center4 software, PCFAX transceiver software, scan driver settings and other software. The software must be enabled and set to enable the Lenovo Utilities software for normal use.
I. Scanning functions: includes controlcenter4 software, scanner utility, scanner and camera software.
1. Click "open controlcenter4" to scan images, emails, files, and so on, as shown in the following figure:
2. Open the scanner utility and set scan parameters, as shown in the following figure:
3. Enable the scanner and camera software.
II. PCFAX sending software (including PCFAX address book, PCFAX settings, and controlcenter4 software)
1. Click the PCFAX address book to edit the address book;
2. Click PCFAX settings to edit and set user information;
3. Open the Control Center4 software to scan images, emails, and files.

4. Tool software (including status monitor, remote settings, and uninstallation)
Turn on the status monitor to view the printer status, such as no Toner.
