What are the possible reasons why a Windows phone cannot initiate a call, cannot be connected, or get out of the call?

1) confirm whether the carrier's network signal coverage is poor. If yes, contact the carrier for a solution;

2) when an indoor call cannot initiate or be connected, try to move it closer to the window and near the door, because the mobile network may have unreasonable factors in the indoor distribution system, it may lead to the above phenomenon;

3) occasional phone disconnection during a call is normal because the environment of the phone in the call is complicated. If the signal is poor, the interference occurs, or the cell switch is frequent, the call may be interrupted;

4) If a call cannot be initiated or called out at a fixed location, check whether there is a strong interference source in the surrounding area. For example: large power stations, electric arc welding plants, TV signal increase frequency, etc.
