Failure Phenomenon:
The Lenovo G485 model has an echo problem when using a microphone, especially when using QQ voice chat.
Reason Analysis:
This problem is mainly related to drivers, software settings, and so on.
Solution:
1. Reinstall the original Microsoft system, and use the sound card official website Drive, according to the notebook model in Lenovo's official website to choose the right driver to download and install. The following is the Lenovo official drive details:
