What happens when the ipad mini upgrades iOS7 and the screen touches fail?

Problem status

After the ipad was upgraded to ios7.0.2, the screen partially failed. In the horizontal screen, the camera is on the right-hand side and the camera goes up to 3/5. Mine is Ipadmini. Can't stand it, this problem.
