1. For a disk partition encrypted by Bitlocker, you must have a password or a key to unlock the disk. If bitlocker forgets the password, you can only unlock it through the backup password. Click the Start button on the desktop, and then click "attachment-command prompt ". Right-click the "command prompt" and select "run as maintainer ". Figure 1

2. Enter the following command in the symbol command line window:
Manage-bde? Cunlock E:-RecoveryPassword ******. The drive letter to be unlocked for the e-generation table. "******" indicates that BitLocker's recovery key is not our own password (as shown in the yellow area below ). See Figure 2 and 3.

3. After the command is entered, the disk can be unlocked successfully. A window is automatically displayed for the disk drive. Open the folder to view the file. Figure 4
