Outlook will save some of the print style-related settings in a file called Outlprnt , which can cause the problem if the file is corrupted.
We can try to fix this:
- Close Outlook and open again
- Renaming Outlprnt
For Windows 7/vista System, enter an address in the Address bar:
C:users%username%appdataroamingmicrosoftoutlook
Put this picture away. expand this picture
For Windows XP Systems, enter your address:
c:documents and Settings%username%application Datamicrosoftoutlook
Put this picture away. expand this picture
Then, right-click Outlprnt, select " Renaming", Name it"Outlprnt.old”。
Put this picture away. expand this picture
Put this picture away. expand this picture
Return to Outlook mailbox, can now print correctly?
(Attached: The system will automatically generate a new Outlprnt file when you print the settings again, as shown in the following illustration)

- If you are not able to print it may be a network printer or your own printer problem.
