Open the "Settings" option on the iPad air2 interface to enter.

Click "wireless LAN" in the settings to enter

Click the exclamation point icon on the right of the connected wireless network, as shown in the figure below.

Switch to dhcp and click DNS.

After the system's built-in dns is deleted, enter 8.8.8.8 again and return the "wireless LAN" button, as shown in the figure.

Then go to the App Store in iPad air2 to see if you can download the app. If not, press home twice to exit the App store in the background and then open the app Store to solve your problem.
