"Solution":
First open your laptop's wireless card "switch", click "Start"-enter "cmd" in the search box-run as an administrator. (Figure 1, figure 2)

Then enter the "Netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow SSID=BINGLANPC key=binglanwifi" command and press ENTER at the Open command prompt, which enables and sets the virtual WiFi card initially. (Figure 3)

When you are in "network connection", you see a wireless connection 2 called "Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter", which indicates a successful opening. To distinguish it from other network adapters, rename it to "virtual WiFi." Next, it's connected to the Internet. In Network Connections, right-click a network connection that is already connected to the Internet, and then select Properties-sharing-to allow other ... Connect (N) "-Virtual WiFi". And after you click OK, the "share" word appears next to the shared network card icon. (Figure 4)

Finally, the virtual WiFi's red fork disappears, which means the WiFi base station has been built. Then, the other notebook search wireless network "BINGLANPC", enter the password "Binglanwifi", you can share the internet!
