If you cannot receive MMS normally, follow these steps:
1. You need to activate the GPRS Internet service for the phone card. You can contact the local network supplier of the phone card to activate the GPRS Internet service.
2. Click "application" on the "standby" page ".
3. Select "set ".
4. Select "more settings ".
5. Select "mobile network ".
6. Select "Access Point Name ".
7. Select the "WAP" mode to access the Internet based on your phone card. For example, select "3gwap" ("3G 3G ") and try to receive the MMS.
8. If you still cannot receive MMS after the preceding operations, click "menu" in the lower-left corner and select "reset to default ".
9. if you still cannot use the service after resetting the internet parameters, you can try to create a new APN, choose application> Settings> More Settings> Mobile Network> Access Point Name, click menu, and select new APN ], enter the name (Enter the name at will), APN: cmwap (mobile card), uniwap (Unicom card), 3 gwap (3G card), proxy: 10.0.0.172, Port: 80, no other settings required, finally, press the Menu key, and then press save to save.
Tip: After the above operation, if "Download in progress" is still displayed when receiving the MMS, we recommend that you slide down the screen curtain by hand and turn off the data and re-enable it. After receiving the message normally, disable data migration.
If the problem persists after the preceding operations, we recommend that you try again in another time period, or change the environment or call card for another test.
