First of all, to ensure that your computer and mobile phone can ping, is to check the mobile phone WiFi IP address:

If you can't ping, reconfirm whether your phone and computer are on the same network segment. If your phone and computer are determined to be on the same network segment, it may be that the phone's wifi is abnormal, please restart your mobile WiFi (turn off and then open), if the problem persists, please restart your phone.
If you can ping your phone but can't connect to app Assistant for Android, restart the app assistant for Android on your phone (turn it off and then on), and some ROM will need 30s to connect properly after a reboot.

3. Restart the app assistant for Android phone service, try to connect
