Solution:
Scenario One: Check if temporary profile login is used
Go to "Settings"-"Account"-"Sync your settings." If you log in using a temporary profile, you will see this message at the top: "You have logged in using a temporary profile." Roaming options are currently unavailable. ”
Restart your computer and log on using a different profile.
Note: When you log on to a temporary profile, make sure that you back up all the content that is being processed because it will be deleted when you log off.
Scenario Two: Use Cortana search or File Manager to find documents
Select the search box on the taskbar, and then search for the file. Here are some other things you can try:
In the Search box "hidden files and folders, select ' Show hidden files, folders and drives '", enter "Show hidden files and folders." Then try the search again.
Find all files of a specific type. For example, for Word documents, search for "*.doc." For music, search for "*.mp3".
When you switch to Windows 10 o'clock, some of your files may have been moved. View the location of the file you are looking for by right-clicking (or long Press) the file and selecting Open file location. Then copy all of the files to another location. The files that are retained in Windows.old will be deleted after 28th.

Scenario Four: Run Search & index error Searh & Index troubleshooter, and then try searching for the document.
Scenario Five: Improve the virtual memory of the device
1, Control Panel-system-Advanced system settings-advanced-performance-settings-advanced-virtual memory-change;
2, uncheck "Automatically manage the paging file size of all drives";
3. Under Drive [Volume Label], click the drive that contains the paging file you want to change;
4, click Custom Size, type the new size (in megabytes) in the initial size (MB) or maximum size (MB) box, click Settings, and then click OK;
5, restart, if the document is retrieved, restore the original settings restart again.
Scenario Six: Recover Documents from backup: Search for backup and restore, open, click Restore, and follow the steps.
Programme VII: If you are upgrading from Win7 and creating a Microsoft account, those documents may be blocked in the original administrator account that is not being used. You can try to re-enable the administrator account for Win7.
