Step one, first click on "Network Connection" to enter the window, if the above can not find the option of broadband connection, or a new broadband connection bar. Then click the "View Network Connection" button in the window and click "Create a new Connection", and then click "Next" on the Create Wizard that pops up. As shown in the figure:
Step two, select the first "Connect to Internet (C)" option, and then continue to the next step, as shown in the figure:

In step three, select "Manually Set my Connection" on the New Connection Wizard and continue clicking the next step, as shown in the following illustration:
Step four, the window that pops up after the next step, select the second item, "Connect with a broadband connection that requires a user name and password," as shown in the following illustration:
Step five, and then enter a name on the ISP name, and name the "broadband connection." As shown in the figure:
Step six, now pop up the Internet Account Information window, enter your ISP username and password above, and of course skip this step if you don't have a username or password. As shown in the figure:
Step seven, this completes the creation of a broadband connection, and if you need to send a new broadband connection to the desktop shortcut, check "Add a shortcut to this connection on my desktop". As shown in the figure:
