What if the DVD driver cannot be opened after Windows 7 is installed

Method 1:

1. In the windows system open the Run box, we can press the shortcut key to open the "Win + R" combination key to open the "run"-"regedit" character command, and press the Enter key;

2. Then we locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlClass File item;

3. Simply delete the filtering information of the upper and lower levels.

Method 2:

1. Click "Start" on the desktop, and then find the "Disk Management" command and open it;

2. Go to disk management. Open "create" and "format hard disk partition". Find the problematic optical drive in all hard disk partitions;

3. Then, find "change disk name and path", restart the computer, and reload it.
