What if the laptop doesn't search for a wireless signal? How to Solve

First, check the notebook's wireless network card is set to disabled status

: The wireless network card in the notebook is disabled, the system will not recognize the wireless network card device.

To enable the wireless network card method:

1. In desktop mode, press the keyboard "WIN" + "X" key combination to open the Advanced management tools, select "Computer Management."





2. In Computer Management, select Device Manager on the left.

Verify that the wireless card in the notebook is closed

: If the wireless network card is turned off, it will not be able to search for the wireless signal.

How to open the Wireless card:

1. Under the Metro interface, press the keyboard "WIN" + "C" key combination to open the Super button menu.

2. Select "Settings" in the Super button.

3. Click "Change computer Settings" at the bottom right.

4. In computer settings, select Wireless.

5. Locate the slider in the lower right of the wireless device and slide it to the right, as shown in the following illustration:

8. Locate and open the downloaded wireless LAN driver _10.0.0.209 driver folder.

9. After you open the folder, double-click the application "inst" to install it.
