Typically, we pull up Task Manager and close it on the application option. or further, directly to the Process tab to end the related process.
Solution:
First, it is recommended that you create a new shortcut on your desktop. Right-click in the desktop space and select New-> shortcut.
In the Create Shortcut dialog box, in the Object location column, enter: taskkill/f/fi "STATUS eq not responding." Then click Next.
Note: In/fi, I is an uppercase "I".
Next, we'll name the new shortcut. For example: End a task. Then, click Finish.
Now the shortcuts have been built on the desktop. But its shape and function are not very consistent. We can change it a little bit.
Right-click the shortcut and select Properties.
It is recommended that you open the Shortcuts tab and click Change Icon.
If pop-up window: "File C:windowssystem32taskkill.exe does not contain an icon." ... ", click OK to continue.
Select an appropriate icon from the list.
