Troubleshooting Mac App Store does not open method steps:

First, click the Network icon at the top of the Mac screen-"Turn on network Preferences"-"Advanced", then click on the top DNS section in the Setup window of the NIC.

Second step, in the DNS Settings window, click the + button on the lower left, enter a new DNS address 114.114.114.114.

Third step, if you have more than one DNS address, make sure 114.114.114.114 this address is on top. Next, click the "OK" button to return.

Step Fourth, Next click the "Apply" button in the lower right corner of the Network Settings window to save the DNS settings we added.

Finally, open the App Store again to see if you can open it normally.
