What if the Win10 App Store cannot be opened and cannot be started?
When using Windows 10, applications are often downloaded or updated through the App Store, but sometimes the App Store cannot be opened. What should I do?
In Windows 10, right-click the start button in the lower left corner of the desktop, and select the "Settings" menu item in the pop-up menu.
In the displayed settings window, click the "network and Internet" icon.
On the open network status page, check whether the computer is connected to the Internet. If not, check the network settings.
Return to the settings page and click the "Account" icon.
In the open account window, click the "email and application account" menu item in the left sidebar.
If you are not logged on with a Microsoft account, click "add account" on the right, enter your Microsoft account, and then log on.
Next, return to the settings page and click the "time and language" icon.
Set the correct time zone in the window that opens, restart the computer, and try the App Store again. This generally solves the problem that cannot be opened.
