What if the Win7 system can't create a new Word document?
1, press the "win+r" out of operation, in the box input "regedit" press the ENTER key;
2, in the registry, expand the "Hkey_current_usersoftwaremicrosoft Office" in turn;
3, click the "Office" item, click on the upper left corner of the file, select "Export";
4, choose good Save directory, will be the file name modified to "Wdata" and then click Save;
5, and then the office under the "12.0"-"Word" under the "Data" item on the right button, click Delete. Then quit the registry and restart the computer. If you find an internal system error, locate and double-click the "Wdata". Reg that was exported before you opened it. (Here you should note that different versions of Word need to delete the location of the "data" item is different, here to give you a detailed list of common Word version of the "data" item of the directory)
