Method/Step:
1, click on the lower right corner of the network connection, select the state to see if our current network connection is normal. (whether there is a small exclamation mark)
2, if the network connection is normal, click on the lower left corner of the computer to start the menu, find the Control Panel options, click Enter.
3, into the Control Panel, select the upper left corner of the view to relax as a small icon, and then the list below to find the admin tool open.
4, into the management tool interface, find service options in the list, click to enter.
5, to find the DNS client and DHCP client service, click on Open, select Automatic, start the service.
6, start the service completed, click the Start menu in the Run bar input cmd, enter the command interface.
7, and then enter Ipconfig/flushdns at the command line, command to click the ENTER key to see if the successful DNS refresh. The problem has been solved.
