If the driver cannot be installed, try installing in compatibility mode:
1 if the driver is installed, uninstall it. Then, when you install or reinstall, right-click (or touch) the driver and choose Compatibility Troubleshooter.
2 Click "Try recommended Settings" and click "Start Program" in the subsequent window.

If you have an audio driver installed and working correctly, but you still do not have a sound, try the following methods:
· If you have external speakers:
O is the speaker connected properly to the PC? If a power supply is required, is the power supply connected? Is it open?
· Is the sound device disabled?
A. On the desktop, right-click (or touch) the speaker icon in the taskbar and choose Play device.
B. Right-click (or Touch) white blank areas, and then select Show disconnected devices and show disabled devices.
C. If you see the speaker and headset icons at this time, right-click (or touch) the correct sound device and choose Set as Default device.
O Audio Service not started:
A. Search for "services.msc".
B. Scroll through the list of services, right-click (or touch) Windows audio, and choose Start.
