What if Win8 can't open this application?

1, press "Win key +r" shortcut key call up to "run" in the box enter "Gpedit.msc" and then click "OK" to enter the local Group Policy Editor.

2. In the Group Policy Editor, expand Computer Configuration---Windows Settings---security settings----Local Policies---security options, and on the right, locate the user Account Control: Administrator Approval mode for the built-in Administrator account.

3. Double-click to open the "User Account Control: Administrator Approval mode for the built-in Administrator account" change to "enabled", and then reboot the computer after making sure.
