What is a work attitude for a novice in software development (trial period )?

I have been working for eight months and have been busy with projects all the time ~~ Learning ~~~ Busy projects ~~ Learning. finally... exhausted myself, and finally... let's take a look at je. there are as many posts as ever, and as many new users as ever .... more than new job seekers...
Everyone is busy looking for a job... looking for it... finally finding a job. How can we do our first job well for new users? How can we get through the trial period smoothly? Over the past few days, I have discussed my experiences and understanding with you.

==================

For the first job, I believe that all new people are enthusiastic and eager to do the best (of course, it is best to understand the best ). so the first few months (1 ~~ 3 months). What should I do? What do companies expect you to do? If you are lucky enough, someone will tell you how to do it, but to some extent, your performance directly affects what he wants you to do.
Let's talk about my experiences:
In the first week of employment, the project manager told me that the project was very tight and no one would take me to study Js for a week (I have learned a little about JS before, but I have never used it yet ), A week later, I gave a project module that I had done in three days (Ajax + SSH architecture, PS: my previous understanding of AJAX is just a concept ). three days later, I stumbled and barely completed the basic functions, but I felt that I was doing a mess. then the Technical Manager sorted it out for me.Code, Let me improve myself .... three weeks later, the project went online (the project was almost over when I joined the company). During this period, I did some testing and became familiar with the company's framework and Ajax. after that, I entered a performance evaluation or something. After that, I was asked to talk to me .... the following is an example of the beginner's entry-level question, which is also a question asked by personnel:
1. How do you understand your work attitude?
2. What do you think you should achieve during the trial period?
3. What do you think the company requires during the trial period?
4. How much do you score (out of 10) for your performance this month )?

I have raised my own experiences and understanding about what I think should be considered as a new person. What surprised me was that many people did not pay attention to this issue.

In my opinion, no matter what position or occupation you are in, sum up --- improve --- sum up --- and then raise... this should be what employees should do on their own (except, of course, those who mix up on their own ). similarly, I think the attitude of work is very important for enterprises or employees. especially for newcomers, the most important thing for enterprises is your work attitude.

------------------

After one month of work, the project has come to an end. After the performance evaluation, HR will talk to me (H: HR; M: me)

(This Part of the customer service is omitted, so you can get used to it in the company)

H: How do you feel about your work attitude this month?

M: Well, I am the first to finish the tasks that the project manager has arranged every day)

H: What you said is not a work attitude. It's your responsibility to go to work on time and complete your tasks on time. If you can't even do this, then you are not a qualified employee ......

M: (a blank face... but I think HR is talking about it too .)

H: for example, how do you buy clothes on weekends? Do you have a plan in your head-where to buy, how much, what brand... you will compare three products, quality prices, etc. You will find the clothes that best suit you and have the best cost performance. is that true?

M: (continue to look blank... but I still think HR is talking about it)

H: Will you treat your job like this? Do you take work as a task, but do you finish it or at least make yourself satisfied? Have you taken the initiative to undertake new tasks while completing your tasks ?...... In your performance appraisal, the Project Manager commented on you as follows: there are many problems and the team is weak. However, given that you have just graduated, you can cultivate your skills. Do you agree with this evaluation?

M: nodded. (I thought: the project manager was not very optimistic about me)

H: (it seems that I know what I'm thinking) I think the project manager is very pertinent to you. "It can be cultivated." If he thinks you can't do it, then there is no need to train it. you just got started, and the problem is quite normal. Because the project is tight, no one will take you with you. This is understandable. how did you solve the problem?

M: Generally, I have to find information from the Internet. If I cannot solve the problem, I will ask the technical manager.

H: You said that you should first find information from the Internet. If you can't solve the problem, you will find a technical manager. Why don't you ask? What about your team awareness? Also, how did you ask questions? Have you listed your solution after clearly describing your problem?

M: I understand it ~~~

H: No, you don't understand ~~I am not talking about things. I am not teaching you how to ask questions. I just want to tell you through this conversation that the most important thing about the company is not your ability, nor your performance, but your work attitude. as a newbie, you can say that you cannot create much performance for the company, and your skills can also be developed. the premise is that your work attitude is correct, positive, and valuable for the company..

M: (keep nodding ....)

H: during the probation period, we hope that you can change from a student to a qualified employee, be able to integrate into this team, and correct your attitude ......

--------------------

In fact, I have always been very grateful to this HR. Later, he asked me about my career plans and so on... another point is that I scored 7 points for my trial period. HR said that self-confidence is a good thing for young people, but never be complacent.

After seven months, my performance has been recognized by my colleagues and leaders. I have to say that HR talk has helped me a lot. for project reasons, I also borrowed these words when talking to my colleagues. the effect is obvious ~~~

I will continue to discuss new recruits in the future blog posts. If this is not the case, please give me more advice to avoid missing new recruits!
