The Fileatime () function returns the last access time for the specified file.

This function returns the last time the file was accessed. Returns False if an error occurs. Time is returned as a Unix timestamp.

The Filectime () function returns the last Inode modification time for the specified file.

This function returns the time when the file last Inode was modified. Returns False if an error occurs. Time is returned as a Unix timestamp.

Filectime refers to when a file is created, Filemtime is the last time the file was modified.
