If you really want to sort the three, I think that enterprises (entrepreneurs) should put employees first. Because, enterprises (entrepreneurs) put employees first, employees put customers first, and employees put customers first to create more profits for enterprises.
To put employees first, enterprises must first guide and help employees realize their own values and create development opportunities for employees, bind employees' self-value and personal development to the value and development of an enterprise (in fact, entrepreneurs must play the role of a leader ). Second, enterprises (entrepreneurs) should have a selfless spirit, so that every Member of the Organization can share the benefits of success, such as wages, benefits, and opportunities. The reality is that if an entrepreneur treats a company employee like a miser, it is difficult to develop his property and career; A leader with selfless dedication is a leader who can lead people farther. This is a bit like a Taoist saying "if there is nothing", "The Saints do nothing, do not give words to teach, all things do not quit, born but not have, for the sake of failure, success and the building. Fu Wei does not live, so he does not go ."
