What should I do if the printer cannot print the network?

1. The computer is not in the same LAN

Tip: multiple computers can print the network. Each computer must be in a LAN.

To implement the network printing function, each computer must be in the same LAN for normal use. For example, your IP address of Computer A is "109.14.2.15", the IP address of your computer B is "109.14.3.14". The IP addresses "2" and "3" in section A and B are not in the same LAN. If the IP address of Computer A is "109.14.2.15 ", the IP address of Computer B is "109.14.2.14", which represents a LAN. When the IP address is not in the same LAN, contact the network administrator to set up the LAN.

 

The IP address query method is as follows:

 

1. Click start on the computer ].

 

2. Select run ]. Enter CMD in the open area ].

 

 

3. Enter ipconfig/all at the blinking position of the cursor, and press enter. Then you can query the IP address of your computer.

 

 

2. Network printing is not allowed on all computers

Tip: No network printing is available for all computers. Check whether the network connection and IP address can be used together.

Network connection problems

If the network connection is incorrect and the connection is loose and the network cable is damaged, the machine cannot identify the network properly. We recommend that you re-plug the network line. If not, try another network line.

IP address connection problems

The IP address connection method is as follows:

 

1.Click Start on the computer ].

 

2. Select run and enter 【CMD].

 

 

3.EnterDOSEnter"PING"Space +"IPThen press Enter.

 

Tip:

1."Reply from" indicates network connection,

2. "Time out" indicates that the network is not connected.

 

Machine copy problems

Check whether the machine copy is acceptable. If the copy is acceptable, it indicates that the machine is working normally. Check whether the network cable or IP address is connected. If the copy is abnormal, the possible error of the machine is "Paper Jam" or "toner used up". If it is paper jam, take the paper out slowly. If the machine prompts that Toner is used up, we recommend that you replace the original Samsung toner cartridges.

3. Some computers cannot be printed. Other computers are normal.

Tip: multiple computers can be printed on the internet. Only one computer is not allowed. Check the computer system.

Only one computer can not print the network, and other computers are normal. The operation is the same as that of "all cannot print the network, it may be because the system of the computer is compatible with the driver, or the internal program stability of the computer system is a problem, therefore, we recommend that you contact the technical staff of the computer manufacturer to check your computer system.
