After upgrading iOS 8.3, you cannot use the Touch ID in the App Store to purchase the product. This problem affects many iPhone and iPad models, including iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPad Air.

After iOS8.3 is upgraded, you cannot use Touch ID. Tutorial:

1. Enable settings for Ipad air-Touch ID and password

2. Then we shut down "iTunes Store and App Store" first,

3. Restart your iPhone or iPad

4. Enter the password to unlock the iPhone or iPad

5. On the ipad, click "Touch ID and password" under "Settings" on the desktop, and then turn on "iTunes Store and App Store switch.

Now, switching "iTunes Store and App Store" over and over again can temporarily solve the problem that our touch id cannot be used. Of course, the official website will definitely release a new version to fix the bug.
