After completing this operation, you can try to open the web page to test the Internet access.
Note:: Some routers are firewalls. Disable the firewall's general switch test.
Check the browser settings as follows:

After setting, try to access the Internet in the browser.
Try again after changing the browser (using Firefox, Firefox, Google/Chrome, or other browsers). If you still cannot access the internet, try replacing the computer for comparison testing.
If you can use QQ to PING the internet but cannot open any webpage, you can upgrade it to solve the problem.
On the vro management page, click
Running status, Record the hardware and software version of the device, and then download the latest software corresponding to the hardware version on the TP-LINK official website. As shown in the following figure:
Download method: Enter your product model in the search box in the upper-right corner of the official website and click search:
After searching for the product, click
Download.
You can see the software version and select the latest software for the corresponding hardware version to download.
After the download, follow the software upgrade instructions.
