What should I do if I open an Excel file and click "no response? Excel does not respond frequently.

Find a new table in the "Start" menu, click open file, and find the file;

Click the triangle icon on the page, and a menu will pop up. Click "open and fix:

Select Extract data:

 

Then, a prompt is displayed, indicating whether to extract a value or restore the formula, as shown in the following figure.
