1. Install the KB2962407 patch on the Win8 operating system. (you can also install it automatically through windows.) this KB2962407 patch will suddenly cause no sound on our computer. Just delete it.

Solution:

Uninstall the patch KB2962407. You can add or delete the patch in the control panel.
